On Friday, 10 November, Moventia welcomed on its premisesCarlos Cordón, mayor of Cerdanyola del Valles and vice-president for Mobility, Transport and Sustainability at AMB.

The institutional representative visited Moventia’s headquarters, located in Sant Cugat del Vallès, along with some of his entourage. Specifically, he was accompanied by local and metropolitan representatives, including Conchi Martínez, Mobility Councillor at Cerdanyola del Vallès City Council; Santiago Costa, City Council General Coordinator; Alexandra Moreno, City Council Chief of Staff; Joan Maria Bigas, Director of the Mobility, Transport and Sustainability Department at AMB; and Ángel Vázquez, Coordinator at AMB.

The mayor and his entourage toured Moventia’s headquarters, guided by some of the family-owned multinational transport company’s management team. After getting to know its departments and learning of all its services on offer, the guests met with the group’s management.

The visit was rewarding and an excellent opportunity for both the company and the institutions; they managed to draw up a roadmap for collaboration to improve transport connections in the Vallès municipality and the metropolitan area of Barcelona.
