This Legal Notice governs access to, browsing and use of the Website.


The Website is primarily corporate and informational in nature and is intended to provide information about MOVENTIA, its activities, projects, news and other content relating to its business, as well as to provide access, where appropriate, to other websites, platforms or specific services.


Access to the Website is free of charge, without prejudice to the cost of connecting to the telecommunications network used by the user.


Any person who browses or uses the Website will be deemed a user and will be subject to the provisions of this Legal Notice.

3. Terms of use of the website

The user undertakes to use the Website, its content and functionalities in accordance with applicable law, this Legal Notice, good faith and public policy.

MARFINA endeavours to ensure that the information published on the Website is appropriate and up to date.


However, the Website content is primarily provided for information purposes and may be amended, updated or removed as necessary.


To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, MARFINA shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from:

  • temporary interruptions to the Website;

In particular, certain services relating to recruitment processes, employees, intranets, the Ethics Channel or other specific services may be managed through separate platforms or environments.

The use of the Ethics Channel shall also be governed by the terms and Usage Policy specifically applicable to that Channel.


The inclusion of a link on the Website does not, of itself, mean that MARFINA endorses, monitors or accepts responsibility for the content, services or conduct of third parties accessible through that link.


Third parties wishing to link to the Website must comply with applicable law and must not use such links in a manner that could create confusion as to the existence of any relationship, collaboration, sponsorship or authorisation by MARFINA where none exists.

9. Governing law and jurisdiction

This Legal Notice shall be governed by and construed in accordance with Spanish law.

Any dispute relating to access to or use of the Website shall be submitted to the courts and tribunals having jurisdiction under applicable law, without prejudice to any mandatory rules applicable to consumers and users.
