Moventia has reaffirmed its commitment to equality in the workplace by sending Susanna Vidal, Head of Development and Equality at Moventia, to attend a session entitled ‘Leading the change: Best practices for a more inclusive company’ organised by Foment del Treball and its Training department.

On behalf of Moventis, the Corporate Head of Systems and Technology for the Moventia group, Carles Sanz, took part in the second ‘Mobility in Catalonia: Action, innovation and sustainable future’ forum organised by Prensa Ibérica via El Periódico and Activos.

The initiative took place at the depots of Autobusos de Lleida and was attended by 20 representatives from the corps of firefighters and inspectors with technical support from the vehicle manufacturer Irizar e-mobility.

At the Tomorrow.Mobility World Congress 2025 (organised by Fira de Barcelona and EIT Urban Mobility from 4 to 6 November), Moventis revealed two new milestones underpinning its international expansion into strategic markets where the company already has a strong foothold: Saudi Arabia and France.

Moventia attended the annual accountability session for Aigües de Sabadell during an event focused on water efficiency and responsible management of regional resources. The company shared its experience in the use of reclaimed water at its logistics centre in the city.

Esteban de Kelety, CIO at the company since 2002, is concluding his professional career at Moventia due to retirement. His position will be filled by Carles Sanz, a professional with more than two decades of digital transformation experience in such highly demanding sectors as mobility, transport and service management.

Movento Stern, a network of official Mercedes-Benz dealerships and garages, officially revealed the new fully electric CLA at its dealership in Manresa, which was recently renovated to MAR20X standards.

For another year, this benchmark event gathered institutional representatives and leading members of the regional business fabric to recognise centennial companies, important business projects in Catalonia and innovative initiatives. Movento also showcased several of its electric vehicle models this year, demonstrating its commitment to sustainable mobility.

In line with the goals set by the 2030 Vision in Saudi Arabia, the opening of this new infrastructure brings huge improvements to mobility and connectivity by promoting the development of a more sustainable, efficient and people-focused transport system.

Moventia was once again present at the latest edition of the Johan Cruyff Foundation Open Day, a widely recognised inclusive sports event that took place on 9 October at the La Mar Bella Municipal Sports Centre in Barcelona.

The session gathered two highly influential voices in the Catalan business landscape: Josep Maria Martí, Chairman of Moventia; and Josep Ametller, Managing Director of Ametller Origen.
