The Head of Recruitment at Moventia, Nacho Cabeza, gave a talk during an event promoted by the Motoring Guild and the Mobility Guild alongside the Catalan Automotive Distribution Sector Association (FECAVEM) at the Barcelona Second-hand Vehicle Show 2023.

On behalf of the private mobility division of Moventia, Movento, the expert gave a formative and motivational talk at the country’s benchmark show for second-hand vehicles.

The event began following an introduction from Jaume Roura, Chairman of FECAVEM and the Motoring and Mobility Guild, and was attended by over 70 students from the Higher Technical Training Course on the Management of Commercial Spaces with a focus on the Automotive Sector under the DUAL system at institutes in Barcelona, Sant Boi de Llobregat and Terrassa.

During his talk in the function room at the Fira de Barcelona convention centre, Nacho Cabeza, Head of Recruitment at Moventia, stressed that “selling a car is not the only thing that matters nowadays; what you want is to bring a customer on board”. Furthermore, the expert offered guidance to the future professionals in our sector on the upcoming challenges for the automotive industry, as well as the major advancements being made in the product and the distribution model.

Movento was honoured to be one of the companies chosen to take part in the event promoted by benchmark supporters of the sector. It was undoubtedly a great opportunity to help train new professionals before they emerge into a sector that is constantly changing.
