The private mobility division of Moventia, Movento, took part in the 41st Second-hand Vehicle Show from 22 to 26 November in Hall 8 of the Montjuïc area of the Fira de Barcelona convention centre, with support from the Motoring Guild and the Catalan Automotive Distribution Sector Association (FECAVEM).

The leading automotive group in Spain attended the second-hand vehicle show with an official stand: a space measuring over 150 m2 in which the division explained what it does and showed off some of the most competitive vehicles to the thousands of people visiting the show.

During the course of the event, Movento displayed some of its most attractive models from Mercedes, Hyundai, Renault, Dacia and Volkswagen at its own stand and those of Audi Selection Plus and Dasbelt Auto, vehicle brands with which it operates at the respective dealerships: Movento Stern Motor, Motorprim Movento, Movento Auser and Movento Sarsa.

The company’s official stand, which boasted professional consultants from the company to help customers check the stock on digital touchscreen devices, offered an unbeatable surprise: a prize draw among buying customers to win discounts of 3,000, 2,000 and 1,000 euros.

One of the highlights for Movento during its time at the event was a visit by a delegation from the show itself and , Mr. Roger Torrent, Councillor for Work and Enterprise in the Regional Government of Catalonia, on the first day. The latter expressed his interest in Movento and had a productive conversation with Santi Colomer, Managing Director for Second-hand Vehicles and CaaS at Movento, and Josep Maria Martí, Vice-President of Moventia and CEO of Moventis.

In turn, Nacho CabezaHead of Recruitment at Moventia, gave an interesting talk on the automotive industry at the event. During his talk, which took place in the function room and was introduced by the Chairman of the Catalan Automobiles Federation, the expert gave his assessment of the automotive sector, current demand and the modern-day salesman. “Selling a car is not the only thing that matters nowadays; what you want is to bring a customer on board”, said Nacho Cabeza.
