Moventis is supporting the initiative organised by Sor Lucía Caram to let 252 young Ukrainians enjoy a special holiday in Lloret de Mar. The initiative was launched on 4 June and is aimed at letting these young people affected by the conflict in their country enjoy a break.

The support from Moventis is proving important to the programme because, alongside other transport operators, the company is getting the young people from place to place while ensuring a safe and comfortable journey. The collective mobility division of Moventia is also accompanying these young people every day by providing buses so they can enjoy various recreational and educational activities designed to offer them moments of fun and learning in a safe and welcoming environment.

Moventis is honoured to be contributing to this good cause, which is aimed at giving children and young people who live with war a break from their reality. This partnership not only provides these Ukrainian children with some much needed rest but also demonstrates the solidarity and teamwork of all the companies involved.

The involvement by Moventis in this initiative follows its partnership on the ’Holidays in Peace’ programme for Ukrainian children organised by the Central Government Representative’s Office in Catalonia, which the collective mobility of Moventia supported as a mobility partner. The company provided road transfer services for the group to hotels and the various excursions, ensuring that everyone was safe and comfortable at all times.
