The honorary president of Moventia, Miquel Martí Escursell, was given a Commitment Award in recognition of his long business career, at the 2025 Faconauto Conference, which took place from 5 to 6 March in Madrid.

This award highlights the contribution made by Miquel Martí to the automotive sector during his leadership of Moventia and his key transformative role over the course of his professional career.

Besides Miquel Martí, the event was also attended by Miquel Martí Pierre, CEO of Movento; Santi Colomer, Managing Director of Movento UV and Movento Drive; Elisa Gil, Representative of the Movento Group in Madrid; David Martínez, Head of Marketing of Movento; Manel Moya, Managing Director of Operations of Movento; Peter Mugliston, Managing Director of Brands of Movento; Mercè Odena, Financial Director of Movento; José Manuel Escobar, Head of Financing and Insurance of Movento, and Albert Riera, Director of IT of Movento.

The Faconauto Business Career Award for Commitment highlights his leadership, which not only drove the success achieved by the company but also left a strong imprint on the official distribution sector through a major impact that was felt beyond the boundaries of commerce.

Faconauto, the official dealership business association, held its annual conference to gather professionals from the motoring world at the IFEMA trade fair and conference centre in Madrid, a venue for hugely interesting debates, talks and meetings. The award ceremony to recognise the best initiatives in several major categories took place on the second day of this professional event.
