Movento, the automotive division of Moventia, was once again an official sponsor of the 30th Nit de l’Empresa organised by Cecot. The company has been partnering with this employers’ association that represents and supports small- and medium-sized enterprises for over 20 years.

For another year, this benchmark event gathered institutional representatives and leading members of the business fabric to recognise centennial companies, important business projects in Catalonia and innovative initiatives. Movento also showcased several of its electric vehicle models this year, demonstrating its commitment to sustainable mobility.

Reflecting the commitment maintained by the group year after year, the event was attended by several members of the Moventia Board of Directors, including Josep Maria Martí, Chairman of Moventia, and Santi Colomer, Managing Director of Used Vehicles and Movento Drive. Representing Movento, the event was attended by Manel Moya, Managing Director of Operations, IT and Quality at Movento; Daniel Serena, Head of Sales at Movento Stern; and Josep M. Fouces, Head of Sales at Movento Sarsa Audi.

The event, which highlighted the outstanding contribution made by companies and civil society to collective progress, was officially opened by Jordi Ballart, Mayor of Terrassa, and included speeches from Jordi Hereu, Minister for Industry and Tourism of the Government of Spain; Xavier Panés Sancho, Chairman of Cecot; and Marta Raventós, Chair of Cercle Cecot de Joves Empresaris. In turn Salvador Illa, President of the Regional Government of Catalonia, was responsible for officially closing the event.

Movento took the opportunity provided by the event to display a number of vehicles from the leading brands Audi, Mercedes-Benz and Xpeng, reaffirming its commitment to mobility. Attendees were able to get a close look at the Mercedes EQS, the new Audi Q3 and the Xpeng G9, which all offer technological innovations and cutting-edge design.
