Movento, the automotive division of Moventia, has officially opened its first Movento EBRO dealership in Sant Cugat del Vallès; a space that strengthens the group’s foothold in El Vallès and brings its portfolio of services even closer to residents and businesses in the area.
Located at 6-12 Calle Manel Farrés, the new premises combine a vehicle showroom, an after-sales area and a used vehicle space. The goal is clear: to offer a welcoming, flexible and reliable service to customers in Sant Cugat and the entire El Vallès area, one of the most economically dynamic regions in the province of Barcelona.
Official opening of the new premises
The official opening ceremony, which took place on Wednesday at the new premises on Calle Manel Farrés, was attended by Carles Brugarolas, Deputy Mayor for Economic Affairs at Sant Cugat Local Council; Pedro Calef, CEO of EBRO Motors; Santi Colomer, Managing Director of Movento Drive and Used Vehicles at Movento; and Mireia Prades, Manager of Movento EBRO, as well as customers, suppliers and representatives from local business.
The Deputy Mayor for Economic Affairs at Sant Cugat Local Council, Carles Brugarolas, gave a speech after a round table discussion with Pedro Calef, Santi Colomer and Mireia Prades. The event also included a brief musical performance and a networking cocktail reception for attendees.
Invited guests were given a tour of the new premises, which include custom service areas, indoor and outdoor vehicle display spaces, and a workshop equipped to offer an efficient response in terms of maintenance and repair services.
EBRO: the reliability of a true leader
The opening of Movento EBRO Sant Cugat forms part of a partnership between Movento and EBRO that seeks to offer a competitive range of vehicles via a straightforward and specialised service.
Customers in El Vallès can access the SUV range from EBRO at these new premises, including the s400, s700 and s800 models as well as the recently launched s900 model. All of these vehicles are also available in hybrid versions. The available range is focused on facilitating access to efficient business vehicles with good value for money accompanied by comprehensive financing, insurance and after-sales services.
Carles Brugarolas, Deputy Mayor for Economic Affairs at Sant Cugat Local Council, underlined the brand’s industrial leadership and highlighted the local impact from these new premises by saying that “the arrival of EBRO has been enriched by Moventia, a company with such strong roots in Sant Cugat, and I am convinced that the results will be hugely positive for all concerned. Sant Cugat has been growing very fast in terms of international relations and innovation, and EBRO is a fine example of that. We are witnessing the birth of a partnership between Movento Ebro and Sant Cugat that will bring enormous success.
In turn, Pedro Calef, CEO of EBRO Motors, highlighted the importance of El Vallès in rollout plans from the brand by saying “The region of El Vallès is one of the most dynamic areas in the country and Sant Cugat is a major player in that region. Doing business here,
