Movento, the automotive division of Moventia, once again attended the traditional Sant Cristòfol gala organised by the Mobility Guild, which celebrated the 50th anniversary of the organisation in 2025.
Besides sponsoring the event, an entourage from the company attended this benchmark annual event for the mobility sector in Catalonia, including Sílvia Martí, Corporate Vice-President of Moventia; Daniel Piera, Head of Service of Movento, in his capacity as Deputy Chairman of the Mobility Guild; Manel Moya, General Operations Manager of Movento; and David Martínez, Director of Marketing of Movento.
In turn, the Chairman of the Guild, Jaume Llop, gave a valuable speech to the more than 120 attendees to highlight the journey taken by this organisation over the last 50 years of its history. The Deputy Chairmen of the organisation, Jordi Rigola and Daniel Piera, gave a special toast in gratitude and celebration of an event that has consolidated its position on the annual calendar for the guild.
As a little extra and before attending the gala dinner at the Sabadell Aeroclub Restaurant (Barcelona), everyone was given the chance to enjoy a premium experience at the regional airport: a tour of the aircraft parking area; a visit to the world’s first fully electric aeroplane; and a go at being a pilot in a professional aviation simulator.
The celebration was a clear reflection of the unity and commitment shared by the entire business fabric in the sector in demonstrating a common goal: to work together on promoting technological development and the roll-out of industry innovations in the sector.
Movento would like to congratulate the Mobility Guild on these 50 years of history and service to enterprise and professionals in the Catalan mobility ecosystem. There is no doubt that, with contributions from all stakeholders in the sector, we will build the future of more sustainable and more adapted mobility.
