Moventis, the collective mobility division of the Moventia Group, has become a new member of the GironaEst Foundation, the non-profit organisation that works to promote social cohesion, equal opportunities and community development in the eastern districts of Girona.

The company became an official member on Monday, 1 December, at an official signing ceremony led by Enric Gimeno, Manager of Moventis Sarfa, alongside Bernat Rubió, Voluntary Head of the Board of the foundation, that reflected the will of both parties to work together on generating a positive impact in the community.

In this regard, the agreement represents a significant step forward for the projects being developed in the eastern districts of Girona as it will enable the partnership to be expanded on initiatives that foster social cohesion, citizen participation and access to new opportunities. The partnership opens the door to new synergies between mobility and community action, thereby strengthening the mission to accompany and improve the social reality in this area.
