Moventia played an active role at the third edition of the ‘We Love Learning Summit 2026’, a benchmark meeting for professionals in the fields of Human Resources and Learning & Development that took place on 5 February in Barcelona as part of the EDTech Congress.
Analysis of the impact from artificial intelligence and the evolving nature of training models at organisations was one of the main topics this year, and Moventia was represented at the event by Susanna Vidal, Head of Development and Internal Communication at Moventia, who took part in the round table discussion entitled Frontline First: training the face of companies. The discussion focused on the strategic role of training for teams working on the frontline, especially in sectors with high staff turnover.
Susanna Vidal shared her thoughts alongside Carlos de la Rosa, Development Manager at JD Sports, during a conversation that was moderated by Carlos Roca Román, Fintech and Insurtech Director at Seidor Opentrends, and centred around how training directly impacts both the customer experience and talent loyalty. “A significant portion of staff turnover stems from a feeling of unpreparedness. The onboarding process is critical. Either you demonstrate a commitment to people through training or they will leave”, the expert in this field said at the event.
Over the course of the session, discussion took place on the importance of designing solid onboarding processes and ongoing development plans as key levers for commitment from teams. The meeting thus demonstrated, once again, that training has become an essential factor in enabling companies to adapt to a constantly changing environment, with support from advancements in technology and new working models. The 2026 edition of this event underlined that this change is no longer temporary but rather structural in nature, and that investing in the development of people is key to maintaining productivity and competitiveness in the long term.
Through its participation in this kind of forums, Moventia reaffirms its commitment to a culture of lifelong learning aimed at enhancing internal talent and offering high-value experiences to both its employees and customers.
