The multinational mobility company renewed its sponsorship agreement with the Itinera Festival, reaffirming its commitment to projects that generate a positive impact on the local community and foster connections between people, municipalities and cultural experiences.

This sponsorship is fully in line with the social DNA of Moventia and its wish to support initiatives that foster cohesion, community spirit and local revitalisation. The company believes that supporting the Itinera Festival represents an ongoing contribution to the cultural and social development of those local communities where it operates, strengthening its ties to projects that generate shared value beyond the realm of mobility itself.

The Itinera Festival is an initiative that brings live small-format music to micro-towns across Catalonia, with concerts in unique venues and a diverse line-up that combines such styles as jazz, blues, soul, gospel, classical music, roots music and music from around the world. The festival enables smaller municipalities to enjoy culture, highlights the value of rural environments and raises the profile of local heritage.

Over the years, this festival has consolidated its position as a cultural project that is clearly focused on local communities by promoting a decentralised and accessible music scene. Through its concerts, Itinera helps to boost activity in participating municipalities, encourages the meeting of residents, visitors and artists, and converts each event into an opportunity to discover new places.

This year’s line-up will include performances by Lab Sons, Guillem Ballaz, Joana Cebolla i Xavier Monge, BRU, Duo Scala, Two Plus One, Neus Mar, NUN and Johnny Bigstone & Sweet Marta, among others.

This partnership reflects Moventia’s wish to continue promoting purpose-driven projects capable of bringing culture to new venues and strengthening ties between people and the region.
