ISMS Policy

The declaration and application of this policy is essential to the image, success and market positioning of Moventia. This strategic decision impacts all companies in the MOVENTIA Group, the scope of which includes public and private transportation services for personal mobility, as well as all related ancillary services. Moventia adopts a policy based on the following key principles while integrating aspects of information security, quality, the environment, occupational health and safety, accessibility and road safety in a way that guarantees an integrated management system capable of improving performance and competitiveness.

1. Quality of service leadership in the sector through improvements in competitiveness and the provision of resources that enable the identity and reputation of the companies within the Moventia Group to be maintained and developed.
2. Compliance with all applicable laws and regulations is ensured, as well as with those that Moventia voluntarily chooses to apply. Greater efficiency in the services provided and a commitment to ongoing improvement in management, occupational health and safety (OHS) performance and employee protection is promoted.
3. Moventia is committed to preventing pollution from its activities while fostering sustainability in the use of resources, taking action to combat climate change and protecting biodiversity and ecosystems. Involvement from all members of staff in environmental management is encouraged.
4. Each person at Moventia is responsible for undertaking their work safely, to a high standard of quality and in the best interests of the environment. All levels of management are responsible for providing safe and healthy working conditions aimed at occupational risk prevention.
5. Steps are taken to ensure that the customer support services and installations are fully accessible, offering an inclusive experience for all.
6. Moventia is committed to improving road safety in all areas where it has a responsibility to do so, defining those factors that impact traffic accidents and working on key issues to reduce or eliminate these risks.
7. Teamwork is encouraged by harnessing the skills and synergies at Moventia to achieve a forward-looking approach.
8. Internal and external communication between departments and companies is essential for conveying the efforts made to customers, suppliers and staff, encouraging the use of suitable ICT channels.
9. The development of skills by all members of staff is encouraged, upholding clear rules on attitude and conduct for both internal and external relations.
10. Moventia is committed to ongoing improvement in the efficacy of its management system, with a comprehensive focus that encompasses all issues relating to information security, quality, the environment, OHS and accessibility.
11. Compliance with the principles of ethical conduct and transparency are guaranteed in all areas of business, in line with the Moventia Compliance System.
12. Information protection at Moventia is essential. Suitable measures will be implemented to protect information assets and guarantee the confidentiality, integrity, availability, traceability and authenticity thereof. The risks tied to personal data processing will be managed according to security and privacy legislation, including data protection regulations.
13. Moventia is committed to guaranteeing the continuity of its essential operations and services vis-à-vis any eventuality that may interrupt its activity. To that end, specific business continuity plans and procedures will be implemented.

The services provided by Moventia will meet the quality expectations of its customers while reducing the risks for staff and the environment and ensuring compliance with applicable requirements. Non-conformities will be eliminated and methods will be put in place to prevent recurrence. This policy establishes a framework for development of the company image and sustainability, guaranteeing the future and safety of all those concerned.
This policy has been approved by the MOVENTIA Board of Directors.
